There is no doubt that this place is a little tired, but I found it charming. We were expecting to pay the difference between the cheapest menu provided and the next choice up, around €5 more pp but this wasn’t the reason for the difference. A simple repeater should be installed to rectify this; but I have to deduct another half star for this, too.


It was comparable to staying in an old cabin in the woods. One night, though, there was a long delay before the main course was served, an escalope of veal in breadcrumbs, which was quite badly burnt on the underneath.
