There is no one to complain to.I know of several people who have complained about the fact that it is impossible to contact AIR BNB. Already spent over 30 minutes and my work break is over. I can't make the changes, it is impossible. This way to much of a hassle when I can just call and book a hotel. thanks for your reply. We closed our old bank account so this allowed this to happen. You can @ more than one username. I personally have spent the last 2 hours on the site (when I should be sleeping in S.A.) and changed my profile details 4x and SAVED it but it does not save the changes!!
